How does it work?
Prior to purchasing your test, please ensure an Antigen test is applicable for your travel plans.
Upon purchase of the test, the buyer will also be required to book an appointment for the administration of the test at the YYG Charlottetown Airport. Please follow the steps to book your appointment. Testing is done Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am – 11 am, by appointment only. Please enter the YYG Charlottetown Airport at the Arrivals and follow signs for departure testing.
I have a question about my order. Who should I ask?

Can I get a refund or return my order?
Given the nature of the product, we do not allow refunds or returns. We state this clearly in our Refund policy which is located here: https://shop.canadianhealthlabs.com/policies/refund-policy. Our orders are automatically fulfilled by our shipping partners which means that immediately upon completing your order, it’s immediately picked and packed. This means that we don’t have the ability to cancel the order at this point and as we’re unable to accept returns, the sale is final.
